Is A Dental Device Covered By Insurance?

Is A Dental Device Covered By Insurance?

by San Antonio, TX sleep expert Dr. Richard Drake

Video Transcript

Most medical insurance companies cover treatment for sleep apnea. You must have a sleep study and a diagnosis of sleep apnea in order for most payers to consider paying their portion of treatment.

Dr. Drake’s Sleep Solutions is In-Network with Medicare, Tri-Care, Humana, Aetna, and United Healthcare at this time. For other insurers, we are often successful at getting a gap exception, providing that there are no In-Network providers in our area.

The only way to figure out what your portion will be is to make an appointment here for our free consultation. We will collect your insurance information and then verify your benefits.

For our In-Network solutions, we can pinpoint your out-of-pocket pretty closely. Out-of-network is a bit more difficult to tell you because there’s no negotiated fee and those insurers will not tell us what they allow.
