We recommend taking time each morning to clean the appliance with a soft bristled toothbrush and toothpaste. You should clean all surfaces inside and out. Every couple of weeks clean it with a denture or orthodontic retainer cleaner to really destroy any harmful oral bacteria. You can also use soap and water too. Some devices need to be stored dry, others wet, so be sure to follow the instructions we provide. Leave the device out of reach of pets and children! In the first few weeks, we may need multiple adjustments to ensure proper breathing and snoring cessation, so be patient!
